Level Up Career Solutions, LLC Online Services
Welcome to the HowToLevelUp.com web site (the “Site”) which is operated by Level Up Career Solutions, LLC (the “LLC”, “We” or “Us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, any associated apps, the content, communications, information and services provided through the Site or purchased from the LLC (“collectively the “Services”).
The Services are intended solely for the use of a single Individual and are priced accordingly. If you want the Services to be provided to more than a single Individual, let Us know and we can quote you a group price, and give you multiple copies of these Terms for all participants to sign.
We are not liable for any inaccurate, incorrect, or misleading information in the materials prepared as You are required to review the materials and approve the entire content prior to final delivery. We cannot guarantee career outcomes as market conditions vary and they are incumbent upon You to actively participate in the job search process and applying to roles that you meet the requirements for. Additionally, we are not responsible for the use or non-use of the video script or job search strategy kit. However, if any Level Up Career Solutions client creates a video and is not contacted for an interview at least once within 90 days after approval of the final draft of their video script, then You will receive one complimentary consultation to identify any barriers.
All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for any scheduled sessions or unused sessions from a multi-session package.
3. Finalization of Documents
Finalization of contracted written documents must be approved within 5 business days of the delivery of materials. After 5 business days, all services will be considered approved and complete, and any additional work will be billed as a new service.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Once payment is made for booking a session, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. Each client receives one free rescheduling if the session is rescheduled prior to the 48 hour window before the call. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 48 hours before your session begins or your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited. To reschedule your session, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the session is cancelled within the 48 hours before the scheduled start of your call, no refunds are available.
We are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, or financial analyst, psychotherapist or accountant. You understand that We have not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for you; (2) perform any business management functions including but not limited to, accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for You.
6. Duty to Read
I accept that under this agreement, I have a duty to read this terms and conditions policy, and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein
If we don’t immediately take action on a violation of these Terms, we’re not giving up any rights under the Terms, and we may still take action at some point.
